Will an unwrapped bar of Green&Black's organic 85% cocoa chocolate bar keep for a month?

Hi Efef, It will keep for a year or more,look on the label for an expiration date. Don't keep it in the fridge or freezer as it will change colour. Keep it in a container in the cupboard. i hope this helps,all the best. Rab
