Everyone applying to those schools has the highest grades in the hardest classes and very high test scores. Right now, you're an average applicant at best - high grades, but not much that really makes you stand out. That's what you need for a top school - all of that, and a lot more. Since you can do premed anywhere, and two of those schools don't have great engineering programs, why should you go there? You need to think about what's best for your career, and what will get you there.
