Should I break up with him? I need some good, honest answers?

Here's the problem as I see it: You're treating this like a real, adult relationship and he is acting like a teenager. Neither one of you is wrong. (If he's still like this when he's 30 though, that's a different matter) Regardless, clearly you both want different things out of a 'relationship'. And when you want different things it usually means you need to look for them in different people.
