How can i put on the bridle when a horse lifts his head?

Put the reins over his head on his neck, have a friend hold him down with the reins. Put your thumbs in the back of his mouth and put the bridle in. Then quickly put the rest of it on. (If it doesnt work, try to get your friend to put their arm around its neck and pull it down. Hope I helped :D
