Can you smoke swisher sweets if they get wet in a pool?

I was drunk at a party when I got thrown in a pool. I had three swisher sweets in my pocket two wrapped one unwrapped. The unwrapped one got soaked and now its dry and hard and I want to know if its safe to smoke
