Irritating feeling on aps?

I have had this realy irritating feeling under my lower left rib and ab area. it really dont hurt i just cant lay on my stomach because it feels weird and i have to put pressure on it when i sleep. i dont no what it could be but i am gunna see the doc soon so anyone have an idea? ps i am a guy lol
