How hard is it to self-study AP Calc AB with a Regular Calc AB background?

I want to self study, but I'm not sure. I already have the simple calc background, but I heard that AP has so much more info not covered in regular so i'm worried that I might not be able to handle it without teacher's assistance. Math is not really a strong point for me and I will be pretty busy next year with my other APs and I dont know if I can actually find enough time to study. Should I? and how hard will it be?
