Are my SAT scores high enough?

This last June was my first time taking the SAT. I didn't take any classes and didn't study because of lack of resources and time due to finals and all. I ended up getting a 1970 (700 CR, 600 math, and 670 writing). I'm not sure if those are good scores? Should I retake the SAT in the fall and study this summer in hope for a score increase? I want to apply to American University, George Washinton University, and the UCs. My UW gpa is 3.5, weighted 3.95. With 5 APs (10-11th, plus another 4 senior year), a ton of extracurriculars, a killer essay, and minority status as a Hispanic/Native American, what are my chances if I don't retake the SAT?
