Anyone Forced to wear a diaper as a punishment?

Im sure thats some kind of child abuse. It happened to me when i was younger, i hated it and my 10 year old brother is incontinent meaning he has to wear a diaper all the time and his best friend had an accident at school when he was like 6 so his parents have made him wear a diaper to school and evertytime he goes out ever since and of course he cant exactly get it off to use the bathroom, some parents really suck.
